Privacy Policy
The short version
We’re a small consulting studio. We collect the minimum information needed to answer your inquiries, deliver agreed-upon services, and send a weekly newsletter you opted into. We do not sell your information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
What we collect
- Intake form submissions. When you fill out the intake form, we collect your name, email, the type of project, who it’s for, your timeline, your budget range, and the description of your idea.
- Newsletter signups. When you subscribe from the footer, we collect your email and the date you signed up.
- Engagement records. If we work together under a signed agreement, we keep the project documents, files, and communications needed to deliver the work.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (timestamps, IP, user-agent) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- To send you the newsletter you subscribed to.
- To deliver consulting and build work under a signed agreement.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t use it to train AI models. We don’t enrich it from third-party data brokers. We don’t profile you across the web.
The vendors we use
We rely on a short list of vendors to run the studio. Each only gets the data they need to do their job:
- Vercel — hosts the website and runs server requests.
- Neon — stores subscriber records and campaign logs.
- Resend — delivers transactional and newsletter emails on our behalf.
- Google (Gemini API) — generates each weekly newsletter draft from a brand prompt. We do not send subscriber personal data to Gemini.
- Calendly — if you book an intro call, Calendly handles scheduling per its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site itself uses only the cookies required for basic functionality. Calendly, when loaded for booking, may set its own. We don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Email choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer and the standard email-client unsubscribe action (RFC 8058). You can also email us to be removed at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email ramon@aistandard.app and we’ll handle it within a reasonable window.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption, scoped vendor credentials, and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure; we’ll let you know promptly if anything affecting your data changes.
Children
The site and services are not directed at people under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we’ll remove it.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
